Four years tutoring privately. The direct origin of Our Easy Game Tutoring, years before it existed as a company.
About
I was trained to find waste in a production line. I have spent the last five years pointing that same discipline at how companies build and run teams.
My background is industrial engineering. Placements at Phoenix Machinery, part of INDEVCO Group, and at Sanita. Process engineering, quality control, the study of how work actually moves through a system rather than how the org chart says it does.
Then three and a half years as an assistant project manager in Lebanon, which is where the second half of the education happened. Most organisations do not have a talent problem or a demand problem. They have a structure problem, and it is usually invisible to the people inside it.
I started OEG to treat workforce as an engineering problem rather than a procurement one. Most companies approach hiring as a cost line to be minimised, one requisition at a time. Approached as architecture, the same spend becomes a growth lever.
In practice that means designing the structure before filling the seats: role structuring, operational process design, multi-layer vetting, structured onboarding into the client's own systems, and governance reported against agreed KPIs. The engagements run from long-term dedicated remote teams through short-term augmentation, and increasingly include AI-driven workflow integration.
OEG now operates across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, deploying teams into technology, engineering and construction, professional services, healthcare, finance, legal, real estate and e-commerce.
Workforce design is not an expense line. It is a strategic growth lever, and almost nobody treats it as one.
Before any of the companies, I tutored privately for four years, from 2016 to 2020. Our Easy Game is that experience turned into infrastructure: a verified global tutor network, AI-assisted matching, a subscription model, a rewards ecosystem, and apps on iOS and Android.
The insight is the same one from the tutoring years. Help is worth a great deal at the moment a student is stuck and very little three days later, and almost every tutoring business is built around the schedule rather than the moment.
The Clip Kitchen is the newest, and I am co-founder rather than sole founder. It came out of watching the same bottleneck in every business I worked with. They know they should be posting. Then filming, editing, captions and scheduling collide with running the company, and the content quietly stops.
So we built the production system rather than the creative service. One shoot becomes a tagged clip library, scripts are built on hooks that already work in the niche, and editing runs at volume under a fixed monthly subscription. The client films once and approves from their phone.
I am not a brand strategist and I am not useful pre-product. If you want a deck about market positioning, I am the wrong call and I will say so in the first ten minutes.
I am useful when something already works and the structure underneath it will not survive the next stage. If your pipeline lives in one person's head, if headcount is growing faster than revenue, or if you are about to hire fifteen people into a company that cannot absorb five, that is where I earn my keep. More detail on the advisory page, and what I got wrong getting here.
